Newkota Services and Rentals Production Testing Supervisor Job Description

• Support supervisor / cross shift
• Train to lead shift without supervision
• Train to supervise 1 crew member
• Train to contribute to the evaluation of project with supervisor
• Working knowledge of Computers
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• Follow company and Client policies and procedures
• Train to gain knowledge of testing principles
• Train to gain knowledge of separation process
• Train to gain knowledge of proper equipment use and maintenance
• Demonstrate proper use of hand tools
• Train to gain knowledge in the proper operation of Production Testing equipment including high pressure test equipment and sour well testing
• Learn to Identify and report defective equipment
• Gain knowledge of onsite fluids and fluid management
• Learn proper operation of multi services jobs (greasing, backside, steam units)
• Delivery of rental products
• Strong technical and mechanical abilities
• Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
• Responsible for personal safety
• Identify and report safety issues
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge of Production Testing operations is appreciated but not required
• Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to follow directions and routines
• Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Computer skills with the flexibility to learn new software
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized and detail oriented
• Self-Starter
• Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) with a self directed schedule (4 weeks notice required for days off)
